It came with the soldered bar that holds the heating element on broken off. My husband re-soldered it cause it is too cheap to go through the hassle of mailing it back.I gave it three stars cause we did use it all X-mas season for our pine scent candles and it worked fine. It's not too expensive but you get what you pay for!
